PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU MARK 2a OR 2b WE NEED YOU TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWINIG INFORMATION BEFORE WE CAN PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION AND CONFIRM YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

  • a copy of your university degree
  • a confirmation from your company that you have acquired practical experience over at least two years, in one or more undertakings which are authorized to manufacture medicinal products, in the activities of qualitative analysis of medicinal products, of quantitative analysis of active substances and of the testing and checking necessary to ensure the quality of medicinal products. The duration of practical experience may be reduced by one year where a university course lasts for at least five years and by a year and a half where the course lasts for at least six years.
2a I’m fulfilling the QP qualification requirements according to EU Directive 2001/83 (Human Medicinal Products) or 2001/82 (Veterinary Medicinal Products), but I am not yet registered, appointed or approved from a EU member state, official EU member candidate or proposed candidate.
 
2b I’m fulfilling the QP qualification requirements according to EU Directive 2001/83 (Human Medicinal Products) or 2001/82 (Veterinary Medicinal Products), but I practice in a country that is not a EU member state, official EU member candidate or proposed candidate.
   
* Please also note that the associate membership is limited to one year, but can be renewed for another one year period.
3. Liaison Membership* and Guests/Observers

Please note: you can only apply for this status if you represent a regulatory authority, an inspectorate or an industry association, institution or organisation. Any of your colleagues applying for membership will receive guest/observer status.
